This is the list of members either on probation or banned.

How to get put on probation:
Break any of the rules listed in the userinfo three or more times within two months.

What it means to be on probation:
All meme posts and comments you attempt to post within a month after the date of your last offense will be deleted.

How to get banned:
If you are put on probation more than six times within one year, you will be banned.
If you post a non-fandom meme on any illegal subject, you will be banned.

Rape/Statutory Rape**
Incest**
Physical Abuse**
Drug/Alcohol Abuse*
Pedophilia**
Bestiality
Murder**
Torture**
Racism/Bigotry/Discrimination***


*If a meme is for those recovering from an eating disorder or addiction, that meme will be allowed. So long as there is no promotion of either being positive.

**If a meme is for survivors or family members and/or friends of survivors/victims, that meme will be allowed.
If a meme is for a fictional form of these, it will be allowed (eg, a meme for incest in fandom is allowed, and has already been posted).

***While not illegal, I feel that racism, bigotry, and discrimination are not subjects that should be portrayed in a positive light. There will be absolutely no hate-mongering in this asylum.

However, memes for fandoms that have these themes or fandom memes that involve these themes within a given fandom are allowed.
