Now that the dust from the power swap has finally settled, the mayoral election has reemerged as the discussion topic du jour. After the recent breakthrough regarding one Jake Rivera (seems like somebody's learned to let it go), we at TaleFinder couldn't help but wonder: will the other two candidates follow in the footsteps of Coleson and Rivera? But before you start making your betting pools on who Danby or Summers were in a past life, let's focus on the masterminds behind the scenes: the campaign managers. Often regarded as the brains behind the politician, the campaign manager is usually heralded as the unsung hero behind the wheel. Or in Jack Danby's case: he's the unsung villain who spins the wheels. Doesn't ring a bell? What about Maleficent? We've confirmed that Elias Bishop, of The Bad Apple and the aforementioned mayoral campaign, is the Evil Fairy from Sleeping Beauty. That's right, folks, the character who made spinning wheels a thing of the past (what, you thought it was the Industrial Revolution?) is now among us, and depending on how this election fares, possibly our local government. Thoughts? Rethinking your ballot already? Who makes a better Maleficent -- Elias Bishop or Angelina Jolie? Have a tip for us? (Answer: send us a DM.) One thing's for sure: consider this your wakeup call, Sleeping Beauty. |
