Who: NPC Fenrir Greyback, Wilberforce Grim, Zenia Drake, Scabior Where: Forest of Dean When: Afternoon Why: Fenrir comes across Zenia and takes her back to the group because she's a thief. Rating: TBA
Fenrir moved along the forest bed, his eyes sharp as he stared around his surroundings. It was Wilberforce who constantly told him that they needed to go other places, they were wasting their time here. They had been scouring the location for weeks and came up with nothing. But Fenrir did not trust Wilberforce, that was obvious. He felt the man was hiding something. He tried for the longest time to see what it was but everything about the man was masked. He had a strong poker face with a scent of decaying Azkaban that sadly, no matter how dull, covered all other scents. It was a stench you took to your grave with you. But there was still something rotten about him and Fenrir wanted a glimpse of it so he could rip the male's throat completely out. But since he still proved a legitimate member of the snatching team and a loyal follower of Voldemort, Fenrir had no choice but to force himself to back down... for now at least.
He had left the group at the cabin they had been calling headquarters and for some, such as himself, home for the last few weeks but things were changing and Fenrir did not like it. Like his sister, she had up and vanished and he had to settle with Wilberforce assuring him that she was alright... He did not trust the girl. Perhaps if he made her like him, maybe the trust would be there but then that would mean he'd have to tolerate her and she was as good as dead, much like how their parents were to him... He did kill them in cold blood. He had plans for the young girl who was eleven at the time but he found out after their disappearances that everything was left in Embry's name. Embry learned of his disdain for her and to save her life, 'lost' the key but Fenrir knew she hid it. So he decided to keep her with him until she confessed and now Wilberforce was in the picture, he wouldn't keep Fenrir from claiming what was his, but he intended to wait until after he found Potter for all of that nonsense.
His animal senses were on high as his ears picked up every animal movement, his nose picked up every smell and allowed his brain time to separate them to give them an identity. His eyes were quick to follow every movement imaginable. But still, as each moment passed, Wilberforce proved right with his words and that angered Fenrir even more. Fenrir's gut feelings were NEVER wrong so why were they wrong now? He took off in a run, speeding through the forest, intent on going back to the group and possibly... maybe... admit defeat. But something else caught his attention, something that caused him to stop dead in his tracks, a scent.
It was familiar, it was only a little like his. Slowly he began walking toward it, finally spotting a girl who was alone and his eyes darkened to the coal black that most known them to be. Maybe Wilberforce didn't know what he was talking about? He wanted a moment before making himself known and approaching her further.
