Who: Neville Longbottom and Hannah Abbott
Where: Hannah's flat.
When: Wednesday before the DA meeting
What: Neville comes to comfort
Rating: Low
Neville wasn't exactly sure he was really the type to provide the world's best comfort when it came to broken relationships. Having never been in one before, or even having a real sense of a girlfriend, it was unlikely that he was capable of providing the best of advice. Yet, what he did know was that Hannah was hurting and needed a friend. He was sure she had plenty of better candidates, but he'd at least been nice enough to offer. Much to his surprise, and enjoyment, she'd actually said yes to letting him come over.
He knew they were friends who shared some similar interests, so he shouldn't have been too surprised. Never the less, he was there at the first sign of an option. He left work early in order to make it too, and arrived at the front door with a basket in hand and a smile on his face. In the basket was a small picnic, complete with chicken, salad, and some Butter Beer. He didn't really know what she'd be into, for food, at this point. But he wasn't much of a cook, and this was the best he could get as a lunch option from his Gran.
Though she had insisted on something far more elaborate since he was actually going to see a girl, but since he didn't want candle lights, and a bloody feast. She insisted that chicken wold work just fine. It was baked and breaded, so he figured it would be tasty none the less. Then, of course, he also realized that she might not be into the idea of eating at all. So a thing like this would be small enough to heat up later, and not be a waste.
He let out a breath waiting for her to answer, looking around a bit nervously. In fact, he wasn't really sure why he was nervous, but he was. He could feel it in his chest a bit, or was that his stomach? Felt like the same thing at the moment.
