To All Mutant Residents:
Investigations into the events on New Year's Eve 2017/New Years Day 2018 have been completed. The actions of several guards toward mutants and mutant property was not condoned by the U.S. Government. However, it is clear that several mutants took this opportunity to use their abilities against defenseless humans, injuring several. Two guards are still unaccounted for. All injured have been treated at the Facility hospital and released. As always, their care was paid for by the U.S. Government as a courtesy.
To ensure continued safety going forward, those mutants who were responsible for retalitory attacks have been sanctioned accordingly. The guards who admitted their participation in unauthorized behavior have been relieved of their post and returned to the mainland.
Effective January 10, 2018, an island-wide mutant curfew is now in effect. All mutants must be indoors by 11pm each evening and may not exit those buildings until sunrise. Guard patrols have been increased in number and frequency, and additional monitoring systems have been installed island-wide. All mutant-run businesses must close by 10pm each evening to accomodate the new curfew. Any mutant who is caught breaking curfew will be immediately detained for questioning and released at the discretion of the arresting guards.

Also with the new curfew do you want to maybe have our next empathy resistance training session on the weekend? Or perhaps you could come over (or me over there), I don't need to hook you up to the eeg again so we can be a little more versatile.
