Tweak says, "Your mother shaves penguins!"

At dawn on September 1st, another bloody scene was discovered, this time just outside of the military barracks. However, instead of a guard, the victim was a mutant later identified as Hannah Ryers. A petite brunette was found lying face down in a pool of blood, dressed in nothing but a tattered and torn hospital gown. She had a gaping wound on the back of her neck, from which protruded what appeared to be small electrical wires. The cause of death was not immediately clear, but it was not the open wound that caused the woman’s demise. She had been assaulted severely, limbs broken and her face disfigured. Beside the body, scrawled on the pavement in blood was a single word: Retribution

This month’s activity for September will focus on the new assaults against and disappearances of residents, seemingly in response to the guard attacks from July and August. We would like to ask for volunteers in any capacity who might want their character(s) to be involved, similar to last month- accused falsely, someone who has information on the person actually committing these crimes, those Faction members that might find this outlandish and want to step in to help find the person responsible, any who might want their character involved in discovering Hannah’s body or other missing IC/NPC characters, etc.

This will be part of the Activity Check for the month of September. For those of you who do not wish to be involved we will require a lengthy narrative as to your character’s awareness of and reaction to these events and why they weren’t involved in the hunt for the truth.
