Dark Mark Rising : OOC

Hihihihihi! My name is Becks and I'm EVER SO PLEASED to bring you Rabastan Lestrange. Younger brother of Rodolphus. Decidedly less in your face, but no less self-assured. More of a silent-leader type than one who seeks spotlight twenty four seven.

I don't have enough time to give you a full rundown, regrettably, as I have class in < fifteen minutes, but you can find his full character information over heeereeee as well as on his userinfo page (currently this just has limited personality and history; the full profile will be there soon. Promise. Since that's a lot easier to find than the app post.)

Plot is love and I'd love to get the ball rolling on some- even if its just a few crack!lines here and there. Contact: most reliably through email, but being the modern-age-type person I am I do have a nifty iPod touch with a nifty AIM app so I'll probably respond. Unless I'm like out in the woods somewhere (unlikely) or my wifi's being dumb (more likely.)

HEY KIDS! cj here with another one, and her name is Devon Proudfoot! she's one of your friendly neighborhood Aurors, here to protect and serve~ :D

so! she's a Gryffindor, class of '67, and a former Chaser on the house team. Dev is a bit of an oddball with her way of thinking, but she's not certifiably insane or anything. she is definitely NOT a girly girl in any way, shape, or form. she'd sooner go dark side than have to DRESS UP OMG (not really, but you get the gist). she's also a Muggleborn, and she has an older brother Quinn who is not at all magical. (lolol her very own petunia. except he's not a jealous assmunch o snap!)

... idk i shouldn't do these things at nearly 3am when i know i need to be sleeping anyway. :| Devon is basically a personable little spitfire of a weirdo. she needs things: HOMIES~, students she's friendly with/keeps AN EYE on, relationships with the other adults, AUROR BRETHREN REPRESENT!, etc.

ANYWAY.

Here's my first boy! Paulie's a Ravenclaw sixth year, and he's ultimately a Nice Guy. Some other notes:
-Very amiable
-does well in crowds
-makes friends really easily
-v. v. v. selfless, and will literally die for his closest friends if it ensures their safety.
-has a bit of a shit family - loveless, cold, etc.
-dad owns a bakery so boy KNOWS his baked goods and can make a damn good bread.
-loves painting (and photography!)
-is completely and utterly infatuated with Theo Chastain.
-has an irrational fear of anything with stingers.
-can be vicious when people use him or toy with him.

Following my latest fellow with a fifth (and possibly famous from other games - what can I say? I create a character and they follow me everywhere); this is Amandine Selwyn. She is a seventh year Slytherin with a history of abuse and French relatives. She is talented in Divination and Astronomy (some Charms, too) and supports the ~Dark Lord. You will find that she is very cold and distant, possibly manipulative and vicious. Some evil plotz? It helps that she is packaged in the adorable body of Stacy DuPree.

Ary back AGAIN with another character. This time I have for you an Auror. This is Danny Savage. Yes his real name is Daniel but just pretend you never heard that for your own sake. 26 years old. Scottish. Halfblood. Former Gryffindor. Was a beater back in the day so he'll talk Quidditch with you. Drinks but not an alcoholic.

Personality wise he's a very easy going guy by exterior. He'll joke with the best of them. He's a bit crude when it comes to talking. When he's working, Danny becomes very serious and rough. He's got a dose of paranoia in him. The kind that works out the best strategies in every room he goes to in case he needs to fight.

He's got a younger half-sister who is playable if anyone wants her. HINT. HINT. HINT TAKEN.

Hi my DMR lovelies! Steve again (not Stevie, heh) with my second character. I decided if I have my goodie, well, I needed my baddie! And so here he is, in the form of Fifth Year Slytherin Ayden Travers. Future Deatheater. And I can already see that he is going to be a major challenge to play! He's so MEAN! (Sorry sorry sorry Terry!!!)

Anyway, he is a very cool character, very analytical and such.

HEY BEEZIES ITS TRACEY ILU ALL. That's why I have a NEW CHARACTER. Yeah. I know. I know, I already have Gideon, Hana, Emmy, and Natalie. Do I need a new one?

The answer is YES. :3 So say hi to Esme Bridget Taylor (or May/Bridge/Birdie/TayTay/Taylor/Whateveryouwannacallher). Her profile explains her better, you can read it here. But as always I'll do basics

• 6th year Gryffindor--bad at CoMC, Div, History; good at DADA, Herbology, Arithmancy
• Her parents are UBER-RELIGIOUS.  They come from a village called Gamlingay in Cambridgeshire that (in the 60s) has less than 3000 people. They disowned her when they found out that she was a witch--so, she has some SRS abandonment issues
• BECAUSE of said issues, she has never lasted long in relationships. She always either dumps the poor guy before he can dump her or gets really clingy.
• As a friend though, she's awesome. She tries really hard to make/keep friends, which means she's nice, bubbly, sociable, and very generous.
• She's AWFUL at trusting people though--in the sense that she DOES NOT TELL PEOPLE about her history/deepest thoughts/etc. She will, however, follow you down a dark alley, since she's never been given a reason not to trust the people she follows (ie McGonagall, Dumbles, etc). IF this doesn't make sense just IM me and I'll do a better job of explaining it I swear x_x Basically, her distrust is with her own personal emotions. She won't let you in but she'll believe what you say. Make sense?
• She's SUPER RELIGIOUS cause of her fam but she will not try and convert you. In fact, she's struggling w/her faith as she finally confronts her abandonment issues this year, as well as confronting the awful things going on in the news.

Soooo...she needs best friends, mad exes, maybe even a current boy she can bug, and most importantly someone willing to stick with her & be patient enough to help her through the issues she'll be dealing with this year. I AM OPEN TO ANY AND ALL PLOT LINES SO LETS MAKE THEM ~EXCITING YEAH :D :D :D

ANYWAY~ say hello to Lazarus Smith, resident DOUCHEBAG Hufflepuff and future father of future resident douchebag 'Puff Zacharias Smith. :D Laz is a total douchebag, did i mention? because he is. he has a lot of FEELINGS OPINIONS, and he says them whenever, to whomever, and without any sort of sensitivity or tact. he presents a ridiculously self-confident picture, which in part hides some of the issues he's got from his childhood. his father is a deeply-religious Muggle who, upon finding out that his wife was a witch, became verbally abusive to her and then Lazarus. there's moar dramaz~ there, but you can read about it in his entirely tl;dr profile. and lest you think Laz is totally unpleasant and gross, he can be quite charming when he wants to be. and that usually means o hai pretty girls or guys who have (or might prove to be) important connections. he's also fiercely biased toward his fellow Hufflepuffs, so he'd be friendly and significantly less douche-y to them. also, he's a Reserve Chaser on the HPuff Quidditch team.

so my little Lazasaurus Rex needs friends and enemies and frenemies and ex-girlfriends or a current girlfriend hay~ and all that good shit! HOLLA AT'CHA BOY... well, girl since i play him.

I'm just terrible at introductions, but I'm going to try! Hello, everyone! My name is Lisa, and I bring you Terry here. She is a Ravenclaw, fifth year student, and... kind of a jerkface if she doesn't like you. Or if she doesn't know you. Or maybe if she kind of likes you, but doesn't want to admit it. ... Actually, she's a jerk 90% of the time, so... uh, yeah, that's probably not the way to get people to plot with me, is it? :D There's some nice hidden down there though, I promise.

Anyway, she is also a pretty good student, though she is admittedly too impatient for Care of Magical Creatures (yuck, slobbery animals!) and Astronomy. She's the last member of the Ravenclaw quidditch team, and a chaser, so I definitely would like to plot with her team/other Quidditch players!
