Here's a hairy situation.

On the one side, you have three fourths supporting a bill that would prosecute those who take teenagers over state lines to get abortions. On the other, you would be prosecuting grandparents and ministers who assist said teens. Not to mention the concern is also that, if a parent has to consent, that has lead to the deaths of teenagers in the cases of rape/incest/bla.
