These people are the most, intolerant group of people in human history ~ on the same level as the Klu Klux Klan, Nazi and fascist groups and fundamentalist Muslims. Christianity is responsible for more deaths then any other group or disease (more then 200,000 million have been killed in the name of Jesus alone). Judaism takes a close second and Islam takes up a distant third place. One part of the Bible says don't kill; the next says not to suffer a witch (pagan?) or homosexual to live. Dominionists flip flop; they try to say what a tolerant loving faith they claim to follow then, in the next breath are lobbying for the death penalty for homosexuality! People like me are afraid what Dominionists will do if they start preaching to my kids in school. Will they teach my kids to be intolerant to gays, Jews, Muslims and atheists? I think American fundamentalist pseudo-Christianity is a scary look at what life will be like if we descend into another dark age. Non-Christians and Gays will fear for their lives. "WE" know what religious intolerance is capable of and "WE" are truly afraid of fundamentalists (of all types).

Some statements made by fundamentalist American Christians sound like God is punishing America for its ungodliness and that we need an "Holy Spirit enema". I can see the bumper stickers now;
"PUT CHRIST BACK IN SCHOOL AND OUT OF MY ASS!"
Perhaps God is punishing us by letting Fundamentalists take over America and pervert Christ's message of love. It's working God, we get the point:

Fundamentalism is what Jesus most despised about the religious people of his time, and I’m sure he is embarrassed by people like Pat Robertson, Jim Baker, Billy Graham, Jim Swaggart and the rest of the enemies of liberty. if you want to see what would make a loving God angry its heartless people who perpetuate ignorance such as these. Intolerant Christians are part of the reason why the world is as the way it is and why there is so much violence done in the name of God and in the name of the United States of America.
