I'm sorry to report that the anti-gay "Protect Marriage Illinois" referendum that I discussed in a post a couple of weeks ago will apparently be on the ballot in this state's November election. See this article for details. Petitions to support this referendum were circulated in numerous churches here in Illinois.

The keeper of Spiritual Youth is looking for some input from folks ages 18-25.

I would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in my online blog research. This is the culminating project for my World Religions course. I am collecting personal accounts and perspectives of people between the ages of 12 and 25 about how they are individually affected by their experiences of religion and spirituality. I am trying to find connections, similarities, and differences among youth from as many different religions and forms of belief as possible. I'll be posting excerpts from the responses I receive, plus my analysis, comparisons, and my own reflections.
