I've been to some of these services. It would not surprise me to learn that the boy's death was by asphyxiation, either from the crowd gathered around him, devices used to restrain him, or a possible trauma-induced seizure.

Now watch as Christians around this country denounce this case as "persecution against Christians". Feh.
