A Ballycastle Bats fan let out 173 bats during the match against Tutshill. The match had to be paused for over half an hour as all the bats were caught. It turns out the fan had transfigured branches into bats that had the soul desire to attack Tutshill fans causing a stir. Luckily no one was hurt but it did cause an extended pause that the Tutshill players is to blame for the loss. "The Bats really need to get their fans under control." Tutshill Beater Laila Sheppard said.
"That was one of my more lucky catches. I couldn't believe that it just flew straight into my hand, thank Merlin it did the Falcons chasers were really on a roll, and Bole's hits towards Mac were starting to look scary." Kenmare seeker ROMMY HAYES said after the match in which he caught the snitch when they were 130 points behind.
"Yes!" Former Magpies keeper BARRY BUNDY said after the match. "He played one of his best games today, and I could not be happier with my replacement. It's always hard to see someone take your place, but I'm glad it's Wood. He's had a rough shake of it the last few years with no one believing in him, but he's on a team now that'll treat him right."
