WHO: Wayne and Sally
WHEN: Wednesday, November 12th.
WHERE: Outside the museum.
WHAT: Lunch! And flat-visiting.
STATUS: Private // Incomplete.
It had not been Sally's greatest day ever so far. She had spent nearly five minutes this morning rinsing cat hair from her mouth, while Luxor was watching ill-temperedly from his new perch on the edge of the tub, clearly not yet recovered from being yanked off Sally's head and nearly thrown across the room while still half-asleep. Then, there had been an incident involving her heels and the living room rug, and a subsequent scraped knee, and just to top it all off, Miss Giselle's had been late to open, so there'd been no fresh sugared bun to pick up on her way to work.
In short, by lunchtime, Sally was tired, sore, and absolutely starving. It could only get better from here.
"Hey," she greeted Wayne, trying to look as pitiful as possible. "Please take me away? Somewhere they'll put something edible in my hands?" |
