Characters: Tiberius McLaggen and Fabian Prewett Setting: A corridor within the school Content: Currently Worksafe Summary: An unplanned meeting
He was enjoying his afternoon wander about the school. He'd finished his own private Quidditch practise, and had to admit that even without practising much over summer, he still had the knack. He'd even charmed the quaffle to spin as it moved towards him, something that could throw any good keeper off balance and off his broom, but he'd stayed on track and for the most part made good saves. At least, no one had to know about the saves that weren't good, or weren't saves at all.
The almost deserted corridors at this time of day. There was no one to bother him, and he could think freely. Of course, the problem then was that if after a hour or so of lonesome Quidditch practise one wanted a bit of company, well, in that case it was very unlikely that he would encounter anyone to talk to. And that was disappointing. It was why he had changed his route, moving towards the more popular corridors, the ones that passed the library and the prefects bathrooms, the corridor that led to the staircase that went down to the entrance hall and the Great Hall. He was bound to find someone interesting there to talk to, even for a short while, before he had to retire back to his dormitory, or, for that matter, go and spy on the Slytherin Try-Outs that evening.
