Who: Ambrose and Buffy
When: Week 10, Tuesday afternoon
Where: Casa de la Ambrose
Why: Buffy needs to chat with him about one of her other friends who's happened to turn up!
Warnings: TBD
Buffy's initial impulse upon learning that Willow was in Crescent Hills as well was to beeline to wherever The Doctor or whatever he was called lived to knock down his door and liberate her friend as quickly as possible. Ambrose would be all kinds of proud of her, however, because she'd totally grown and thought better of attempting that for both the sake of her relationship and the lives of everyone involved. Waiting had turned out for the better as it was because Will's master had pretty easily agreed to let her come to visit. Which was surprising and a definite point in his favor that would be considered when she had that best friend protective talk with him in which she threatened his manly bits if he hurt her friend. Master or no, the talk was coming.
She wasn't sure, however, how Ambrose would take the news however. That was the problem. The last friend of hers he'd met hadn't exactly ended up on his good side, and even though she knew there was literally no way anyone in the world could dislike Willow, Buffy imagined he might have his reservations. But there wouldn't be any hiding it from him. He'd know when the redhead showed up at some point on their doorstep anyhow, and she was all kinds of determined not to hide anything like this from him again. So, she dressed and pulled on her clothing, opting to wear a white tank top along with one of similar black skirts that had since been purchased since the success of the first one. While she was sure this talk wouldn't go that badly, it wouldn't hurt to break out one of the skirts just in case. Ambrose was fond of them, and Buffy was subsequently fond of how fond of them he was.
Heading downstairs, she approached the door, pausing to knock. "I'm all kinds of sorry to be botherish, but something kind of important happened that I need to talk to you about." A moment elapsed before she thought to add, "I promise I didn't do anything stupid this time."
