About You

Your name: For example, Bob. A nickname's just as welcome.

Your age: No one under the age of sixteen may play.

Your email address: A place where you wouldn't mind being contacted about RP information by the mod and other players.

Optional: A windows msn, yahoo messenger and/or aim name.

About the Character You're Submitting

Name: This is self explanitory.
What world they came from: If they're an original character, say so, if they're from a book, anime, video game, or whatever, say what they're from.
Birthday (if known): When they were born. You may make up a birthday for them if the information is not stated anywhere for the character if you desire.
Age: How old the character is. If this severely differs from how they look, mention also how old they look.
Species: Are they human, a human with special talents (like a Shaman, or a witch...?), or are they something else, like a vampire or a machine...?
Occupation: What was the character doing before they were taken from their world?
Appearance: What does the character look like?
Special abilities/talents: If they have magical abilities, what are they? Can they play the piano? Can they roll their tongue? Are they good with poisons? Anything and everything that the character is good at.
Quirks: What behavioral quirks and/or oddities does the character have? Keep note, most of these questions are to see how well you know the character you're submitting, and to see how they would be played.
Personality: What is the character like and what makes them tick? Please be as detailed as possible in this one.
Sexual orientation: Are they heterosexual? Bisexual? Homosexual? Do they have no interest in such matters? Tell me how you'll write the character's orientation. What is your interpretation and why? If a character has a certain orientation displayed in a show, tell me, or tell me why you would play them in a different manner. This just gives me further information about how the character will be played.
Reputation: How do people receive the character in his or her world?
Background Information: What was the world the character came from like, and what was the character's role in it? What is their distant and recent past? Please be detailed.

Heaven or Hell? Which side has chosen your character?

Third Person Example Writing: Just a paragraph or two example of how you would write the character interacting with the others.

First Person Example Writing: However long, just an example entry of how you might write a journal entry for the character.
