#capping // a how to guide
Hi guys! So I know requests have been closed for a while and I've been kind of all over the place with regards to what I'm capping. SO I thought I'd post a tutorial of how I cap, in case anyone is interested in trying it for themselves! 1 // I use VLC Media Player to cap. I love the program and recommend it for all your video needs. 2 // I made a small tutorial on how to set up hotkeys and cap locations here. 3 // The first rule of ~capping is that we don't talk about video sources. Here's what I will say — try to find 720p at minimum, and if you can find HEVC encoding, it's amazing. If nothing else, YouTube is a great source for videos. I use keepvid.com to download HD 720p videos for capping. It's a great resource! |
