Re: Jack
7. a. Jack is left handed, which is not an unusual trait but I need to write it down because I always forget this. b. He's a walking encyclopedia on dogs - and medieval history. c. He has an insane knowledge people in the community and everyone connected to them, and has an uncanny memory for names and facts about them. d. He will never be barefoot outside of his house unless it's on his own yoga mat e. If he eats a food he doesn't like, he goes with his first reaction and just spits it out. It's totally rude, we know.
8. No multitasking, please. He has to be in a certain state of focus for certain things, and that takes a lot of work. He doesn't like to be bothered, interrupted, or steered off course.
9. Eh. Jack likes to be around people, but not big crowds. He likes to be with friends and sit off to the side and listen, even if it seems like he's not paying attention. He's listening to everything. In big crowds, Jack can shut down and wander off. It can get completely overwhelming and he doesn't like to talk to anyone when there are lots of people around.
10. Jack's independent. He doesn't like to do either.
11. a. For Dad to be alive. b. For Foggy to be alive. c. For Mom to be not crazy.
12. Jack falls in love hard and fast, and he always stays a little in love even after a breakup. He doesn't like big traditional romantic gestures but if he can save someone's life, or if he can take them rooftop jumping, or have sex somewhere strange and exciting, or ... whatever, he's down. He's kind of turned on by the hero thing, all things being honest, so he likes fellow vigilantes (Vic, Al) or people he's saved (Mark).
13. Jack's kind of moody in bed, he gets turned off really fast because he's fussy and his senses are so heightened, but when it's good, it's AWESOME. It's best when he's got the superhero adrenaline rush, and his favorite kink is coming home in his suit and having Mark not know his identity, and act like he's cheating on his boyfriend, before close to orgasm when Jack pulls back his hood and he's like "MARK! IT'S ME! :D!" and Mark's like ":D!" and ... honestly they could do that a thousand times and still find it great.
14. Usually Jack's so tired that he'll collapse in whatever state. Sometimes it'll be bloody and bruised and still in his suit. Ideally, he'll have a shower and put on super-soft pajamas, and he'll put in earplugs (if his ears aren't feeling sensitive). He wants to fall asleep to the sound of another heartbeat - Lizzie's or Mark's.
15. Jack doesn't talk about this, but he has a feeling he's going to die before he's forty. He's been doing this for ten years and he's feeling it in his body. He doesn't talk about it, doesn't talk about the exhaustion or the beatings or the things he's done. He's intensely private about his vigilante life, but he knows that one day he'll go out and he won't come back. He's also petrified of losing the people he loves, and he knows that one day that might break him, too. He's terrified that Mark will get sick, get killed, or commit suicide.
16. White rice, with milk and sliced cucumber on the side.
