Prompting for Round 5 begins Tuesday
Welcome to the prompting instructions for the October session! Get your prompts ready - we are running low and could use a few! :)

Prompting will open at 12:00 AM (EST) on Tuesday, September 1, so look for a second post to appear then! There is no limit to the amount of prompts you can submit. Submitting a prompt does not obligate you to participate - just be kind enough to read and leave a comment or two!

All prompts must be for game fandoms and their franchises (such as movies, books, series, etc. that were made based on the game.) Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

To request a prompt:

1. In a comment to the prompting post (which will open to commenting on September 1), submit your prompt request in the following format:

Fandom (spelled out – no abbreviations please):
Character/pairing/threesome or moresome:
Kink/cliché/fannish trope:
Phrase/word/idea/lyric to inspire:
Number (pick from 1 to 31 – day the finished work will appear):

Game franchise will also be accepted. So, if the game has been made into a movie, book, anime, etc. it is fair game.

2. If your prompt is for a crossover, please start with "Crossover, Fandom/Fandom," and then add pairing/prompt word/lyrics.

Examples:

Final Fantasy VII, Cloud/Tifa: first kiss – a night to remember – 14
Silent Hill 2, James/Mary: reunion – I had been missing you. – 5
Legend of Zelda, Dark Link/Link: Doppelslash – Let me show you who you really are. – 27
Crossover, Kingdom Hearts/Final Fantasy VII, Tifa/Rikku: girls night in – So much fun without the boys around. - 2

3. There is no limit on the number of prompts that you request. Go wild!

At a loss for games? Try Gamespot.com or GameZone or X-Play or Blue Laguna.

The prompts will be gathered into one master list. Claiming will begin 12:00 AM EST September 13 and will continue until 11:59 PM EST September 30.
Posting will begin on October 1.

	I have a whole LIST of prompts. Alas, per my usual, they're all in fandoms nobody but me actually writes. Woe. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Prompt them anyway! ^_~ You never know, someone might end up writing them and now that I have areyougame at DW, some of the unwritten/unclaimed prompts may end up over there. ^_~ We just need to pimp the community out to people that will write your prompts! (Reply to this) (Parent)
