A/N: This is late, I know. At first I thought it was due on 23, then 24, then, on the 26th, my brain apparently died before I got to posting it. So, six and a half hours late. D: Also, it's HORRIBLE and SHORT. I have to re-play this game sometime soon. *just blames everything on failbrain*
Also, *kicks computer for checking the "disable auto-formatting" box forcing me to make this edit DX*
Justina pulled away, more than a little bit frightened by what had just happened. She was definitely not expecting that, perhaps less so from Reith. She really never did seem like the one to do this… even if she was very friendly. It was just… friendliness, right? At least, that’s how she felt about it up until now. She stared for a minute, completely unsure of how to react. She'd never been kissed by a girl before; she felt more than a bit dirty for the moment, and she felt a sudden, overwhelming urge to run away from her. She'd never felt anything like that before; why was Reith acting this way? Reith seemed so very innocent in disposition, too; Justina hoped that Reith's kiss was completely meaningless. She had to find a way to say what she had to say without offending Reith. That would not be good at all for her to do.
Finally, she couldn't keep from speaking for another second. “Um, Reith...” She had some difficulty speaking, though. “Why did you just do that?”
Reith didn't quite see that there was anything wrong with what she did. She seemed so innocent. She smiled cheerfully. “Because I like you, Justina,” she said, remaining just as cheerful.
Justina, once more, had difficulty responding. “Well, Reith, could you please not do that?”
“Why?” Reith asked. “Did you not like it?”
“No, that's not the problem,” Justina replied, even though she definitely didn't like it, “it's just... you should ask before you do something like that!”
“Okay,” Reith responded. She looked up at Justina still. After a moment spend in silence, she spoke again. “Can I?” she asked.
“No,” Justina responded. She was trying not to sound harsh, but wanted to be very clear that she didn't want Reith to kiss her again.
“Why not?” Reith asked, seeming a bit disappointed.
Justina sighed silently to herself. How was she going to explain this to Reith? She just told her that she didn't dislike the kiss, so, how would Reith react to finding out otherwise? She already sounded disappointed by not being allowed to kiss Justina in the first place... what was she to do? She was trapped now...
