WHO: Alice and Sturgis
WHEN: Friday, 03 July 1980
WHERE: Leeds, West Yorkshire
WHAT: Second safehouse hunting!
STATUS: IC/OOC log
The search for a house in Leeds went as well as they could have hoped. They only had three viewings scheduled, and it went much the same as the previous search. Alice surveyed each of the properties, examining the rooms and inquiring about the condition of the houses. She'd used a glamour this time, making herself a strawberry blonde by the name of Celia Price. They'd rescheduled the viewings from the following Tuesday because her husband, Michael, had been called in on a last minute business trip. Stu - that is, Michael, sorry - did the same routine than for the first visits, inquiring about parking spaces and nodding knowingly as he inspected the electric box. Two houses showed promise. Both were spacious, and somewhat secluded, though the third house was closer to town than the second. The choice wasn't as clear or as simple as the first had been, but after considering carefully, they made an offer on the second house, clarifying that Celia's great-uncle, Warrington Bradley IV, would be covering the cost. All that remained was to wait for their offer to be accepted so that Alice could take care of the arrangements. |
