Lucy nodded. She loved being in this little town, but not having anything to do was getting to her. She was a Ravenclaw after all. She needed to work, or have something to occupy her time. So she had been keeping an eye on a community bulletin board that was in the square, looking for anything interesting. It was there she had spotted the flyer about football. Her girlfriend's enthusiasm was adorable. "I think I know where it is. It's on the way home. Of course I'll watch you play. You're extremely hot when you're out on a field, working up a sweat." Lucy teased, though it was a hundred percent true.
"I'm not...really familiar with football. Maybe there's a position similar to a chaser you could be? You'd be good at that. It's an Italian league, so I'm sure there will be enough fiery competition for you." Lucy didn't know a lot about football, but she knew she would love watching Katie play it. The girl was a natural athlete. "I think playing in a league will help with your Italian too. So you don't almost get taken home again."
Lucy smiled proudly into the kiss, happy that Katie liked it. "I knew you must be having a hard time not being able to be on your broom or play Quidditch. I though this might be a good alternative for you."
Giggling, Lucy had heard about Katie's tolerance, or lack thereof. "All the better to have my way with you." Though she knew, knowing them it would end up being the other way around..
"To Italy and the woman who has my heart." With that, Lucy knocked back her shot as well, with a satisfied sigh before taking a sip of her martini. "I always took you for a beer and whiskey sort of girl."
