Who: Leo and Phoebe
What: Family reunion
When: Backdated to Saturday evening
Warnings: Probably none
No sooner had the apocalypse hit than all Whitelighters and Elders had been recalled from Earth. All except for Leo. He had stubbornly refused to join his fellows when humanity was in such dire need of help. If it hadn't been for the kind words of a few of his colleagues, he was certain his power to orb would have been taken from him, but instead, he was simply made Earth-bound. The Elders wouldn't risk the infection traveling Up There, and though Leo was careful, he was still a risk they wouldn't take.
It had been months since the zombie apocalypse had hit, and after regretfully leaving Piper and their boys in Victor's capable hands, Leo had gone to help his charges. Those that weren't dead, he delivered to safe places, often breaking a cover he'd spent months establishing. But there was no sense in staying undercover when a zombie could bite you every time you turned a corner. Leo spent months traveling on foot, helping anyone and everyone he could. He knew he couldn't save everyone, but it was his job to help.
He knew about the military evacuation, as much as anyone else knew, and he guided everyone he came across in the right direction. Whether every one of them made it or not, he was still trying to determine, though he had run across a few familiar faces. He was relieved to see Phoebe was at the safe point, and he was quick to join the prison population and offer his services in any way he could: as a healer or as a general handyman.
He had stopped by to heal a strained wrist for a girl called Luna, from the UK wizarding world, where, much to his surprise, they still used wand magic. It was fascinating. When he'd excused himself, he headed toward Phoebe. He could sense her still, and just out of habit, he orbed the moment she called. "Hi Phoebe." He looked down at her, his usual smile wavering just slightly. It had been so long since he had seen any member of his family, and though he still sensed Piper and his sons, he hadn't been able to pin them down and he could only hope they would arrive soon too.
