Who: Steve Rogers and Tony Stark
What: Steve and Tony have a long overdue talk
When: Shortly after this
Where: Tony's workshop
Warnings: None. Will update if this changes.
Steve wasn't sure how he felt about Bucky's disappearance. On one hand he didn't want anyone to be stuck here much less his best friend. However, Bucky was another person on the Avengers team that could help civilians here and if Bucky wasn't here, then that means he was sent home to his death. Steve didn't want to think about that. He had to focus on the task at hand while he was here and that was to keep people safe and try to find a way out of here. He had to get back home to try to figure out how to undo the damage that Thanos had caused.
After finishing his conversation with Tony on the network, Steve left his cell and headed for Tony's workshop. Steve was surprised that he felt a little nervous about facing Tony. Tony was of a different time than Steve was and he hadn't experienced the battle with Thanos. Steve did still believe in what he had told Tony when he arrived - that differences needed to be put aside for the time being. There were civilians to protect here. That being said, perhaps Steve had been avoiding Stark a bit but this conversation was overdue and Steve had to lead by example. Plus, Steve did mean what he said when he asked Stark to reveal Spider-man's identity. He wanted to help protect the kid. He knew that Stark was likely watching the kid's back but the rest of the Avengers could help as well. Spider-Man was one of their own now.
Approaching Stark's workshop, Steve made sure he made an adequate amount of noise so as not to startle Stark. "Hey, Stark." He greeted his old friend. Despite everything that had happened between the two men, he did still consider Tony a friend. He looked around Tony's workshop. "What are you working on?"
