Stefan realized quickly that Damon couldn't hear him either. Damon had walked past him plenty of times with Stefan calling for him and nothing. Stefan turned around to follow Damon, but then stopped suddenly when he saw himself in front of him. But it wasn't him. It was Silas. Silas who was supposed to be broken up in a bag and thrown into the quarry. But instead, it was Stefan who was shoved into safe and tossed over.
He had remembered it, the last experience in Mystic Falls before coming here and then learning about Silas and what he could do first hand was something he saw in his memories. This was almost like that chilling night on the cliff before everything changed.
This wasn't happening. Stefan, for a second, didn't want to believe it was but there was a defeat in his eyes that reminded him that this was in fact, definitely happening.
"Looks like you were brought here too against your will," he said, looking at him. "The last I remember of you, we had come face to face for the first time." Stefan knew that he could look into minds. It wasn't as if Stefan was lying to him. He was telling the truth since he only saw the rest from being here and ...
Suddenly, Stefan thought about anything else than Silas' history. He didn't want him to know what happened to him. He didn't want him to see that far ahead, but he knew that eventually, it was inevitable. He would find out.
