Who: Stefan and Damon with Silas What: A simple trip to feed turns into hell When: Saturday Where: Downtown Warnings: Earthquakes, Silas and tsunamis oh my
Stefan didn't think he needed the company but he knew that his brother only did things that he actually wanted to do. And right now, it was dangerous out in Everett with the military, the soldiers and as much as Stefan was trying to remain hopeful about it all, there was just no way. Not when they still had people against their will. He had been out, trying to find a location that way while Bonnie and Lizzie and Josie were trying magically. In the end, day after day, they came up short and it was becoming discouraging but that didn't mean they would give up. Stefan chose to not act out against the soldiers. It was just meaningless death. They didn't have information and they were dying for it. Stefan thought that's what they were put there for anyway. Just a distraction.
The two brothers headed toward the woods and Stefan was listening out for any type of meal. It was unusually quiet though and that should have alerted Stefan that something was wrong. In the end, animals always knew. They had their own intuition but Stefan continued walking and he looked over at Damon.
"Having fun?" He asked. Which I'm sure he wasn't. It was his choice, he wasn't going to tell him no either way.
"I'm not hearing anything," Stefan said. Not even a zombie. "You?" He asked, glancing at Damon again. Something just felt off. It felt wrong. they were more or less closer to downtown than they were the prison at this point and he thought that maybe they should have turned around but Stefan knew that right now, paranoia was running rampant right now with everything going on.
Until everything began to shake violently around them and Stefan stopped, his eyes a little wide. Earthquake. Trees began to fall all around them.
"We can't stay here." Wood. All around them. Stefan grabbed his arm and the two brothers took off toward downtown.
