Who: Tony and Eric What: Eric decides to take out said weird creature targeting vampires, and Tony tags along Where: Starts at Fangtasia, but then out and about When: Today Warnings: Violence and stuff, so yes (There are also some End Game spoilers, as they are on Tony's brain, so beware that as well.)
It had been an interesting month for Tony. Well, interesting wasn't a strong enough word, but he wasn't sure how to put it, even to himself. Finding out that you died to save half the universe felt...weird. He supposed there were worst ways to go out, but he hated that Peter blamed himself so much for it when it wasn't the kid's fault. Tony was sure that, if he did it, he did it with both eyes open knowing what was going to happen. He suspected that it was a plan, and if Tony came up with a plan, he figured out every way that it could go right and wrong. He could live with that. He didn't like it, but he could live with it.
But Peter was a mess, and part of Tony just wanted to get blind stinking drunk right now and not think about anything. Selfishly, he couldn't help but think that he was better off in Everett. Yeah, zombie apocalypse, but here he was alive. He had both friends from home and friends he'd made here (plus whatever the hell you'd label Eric as), so, despite the end of the world and crazy people coming out of the woodwork nearly killing him a few times or magically turn him into a vampire or whatever the hell happened next, he could deal with it. He could deal with whatever the hell came along as long as he was fucking alive.
Suffice it to say, his mind was a bit scattered tonight. He figured that he would come to Fangtasia, drink, and see if Eric was available. Most nights, he just drove to the bar, but tonight, he'd actually come out in his suit, thinking to suggest and he and Eric fly tonight. No matter how off of a mood that he was in, flying always cleared his head. Besides, he and Eric were owed a proper race. He knew that they could both outfly a plane, but he still wasn't quite sure who was fastest. Why not find out tonight?
He landed, helmet retracting and grinning at the couple of vampires and humans outside of the bar when they got startled by his landing. He recognized a few of the regulars outside of the bar, and anyone that spent more than a few nights here knew him on sight and new not to mess with him. They knew that Tony was Eric's human and, if they decided they didn't care about that, Tony was more than happy to fuck them up on his own. Part of him almost kind of hoped someone would tonight, just so that he could burn off some excess energy.
He didn't even make it through the door, though, because Eric came blowing through it, looking ready to head off himself. "Did I come at a bad time?" he asked, eyebrow arched at the blond.
