What: Lots of snark I'm sure
When: Bendy
Where: Fangtasia
Warnings: TBD
Now that things were back to normal (for Everett, anyway), Fangtasia was back open and business was running as usual. Humans and vampires were milling about the bar, drinking and making connections with one another, trading blood for different favors. Pam liked it when it was business as usual. Pam felt comfortable when it was business as usual. At least then she could keep busy and not have her mind turn back to Tara and the fact that she wasn't here anymore.
For only having had her for such a short time (and for having admittedly been an entirely shit Maker to her), Pam missed her terribly. Part of her wondered if she truly missed Tara or just missed what might have been, but Pam wasn't a particularly philosophical person and figured that they were both pretty much the fucking same. What mattered was that Tara was gone and even if she was here for the next hundred years Pam was sure she'd miss her just as much.
Which was why Pam was actually glad for the extra work tonight. After doing the books, Eric had disappeared to do whatever (presumably something with his human Tony but Pam wasn't sure), which left her in charge. Because of course nothing could go perfectly smoothly, one of the human bartenders was sick tonight. It was just a cold, but one sneeze and Pam had all but chased them off with a knife in disgust, telling him to come back when he felt better. Fuck, humans were gross sometimes. She could pour drinks and the occasional blood pack if needed.
All this left Pam mildly annoyed (which probably was her default state), but perfectly fine with tending behind the bar with their other bartender. She could see the whole bar from here, so she could still keep an eye on things. Hopefully, nothing caught on fire, literally or figuratively.
