Who: Rose and Emma What: Sentry duty Where: The prison When: Bendy times Warnings: TBD
She couldn't lie, part of her felt better about being back in the prison. As much as she swore that she could protect Lissa from John, their chances of protecting her were much better back in the prison with a line of sentry. Stiles had told her that and as much as she was stubborn, it wasn't just him who said that. Sydney had said it too and in the end, they all headed back to the prison. It was pretty amazing to surprise Stiles who was getting a little frustrated with her, which was actually hilarious to her. And she let him know as much. Stiles wasn't the guy she went for. In fact, she didn't really go for any guys until there was Dimitri. So okay, there were other guys but it was all fleeting and Rose wasn't as serious about them. Not until there was Dimitri. But now, he wasn't on her mind a lot as he used to be and everyday that went by, the fact that he wasn't here hurt a little bit less.
She didn't know what she would do if he showed up. She knew that Dimitri wouldn't have been happy that she had moved on but had she? She wouldn't know until then. Or maybe she would. Right now, she was just living in the moment. It's all she could do in this place. She knew that Lissa was in the same position when it came to Nate. Nate, who annoyed Rose but that was because he made Lissa really happy but she favored Christian. Yes, yes, it wasn't her business - at least not really but Rose made everything her business.
Which of course meant catching up with her roommate, Caroline. She heard everything that she had missed, which wasn't really much because Stiles kept her pretty up to date on everything.
Now that she was back though, her main concern would and would always be Lissa. Rose took her job seriously but tonight, she wasn't with her. She did check in though and she saw that she was with Nate so she quickly let her get back to that. Besides, right now, she was on duty with Sentry.
Things were finally back to normal.
She was at her post when she noticed a girl walking toward her.
