Who: Livia and Ty What: Seeing eachother for the first time after she died When: After Ty arrived at the prison Where: The prison, Ty's room Warnings: Sadness
Being alive was a blessing, she realized. She shouldn't have gotten this chance, but she did and she was taking advantage of it. Even in a place as dreadful as Everett. Zombies and other downworlders, it wasn't much of a difference but there were things that she missed. Things that she couldn't have possibly had here because it wasn't home. Like Dru and Tavvy, even Diana. The smell of the ocean, her records, her books. The institute as a whole. It just seemed like a distant memory and now she was here, with her brother and Emma and Cristina in a prison that would house them from the zombies.
Her world was turned upside down but it was better than death. Now all she needed was her twin brother, Tiberius. And now he was here.
He told her things she didn't understand, things that she couldn't have possibly imagined Ty doing. Trying to bring her back from the dead, like Malcolm had done to Annabel had different results for Livvy. She was a ghost to him. And she hated that she would haunt him from death like that. It wasn't fair. It wasn't what he wanted, how could it be? He also told her that Kit was with him, which made her feel better. Ty didn't get close to many but with Kit, it was as if they became friends quickly, all three of them did. They would go on adventures together, solve mysteries with their detective work. The thought brought a smile to her face and then it was gone because she would no longer have that. Neither would they.
She was dead.
Closing her eyes, she let out a breath. It was proof of life for her, for Ty. It was something. She watched as the others left from down the hall to the point where Ty was alone. She was sure it wouldn't be for long, though. Livia didn't know what to say to him now but she knew she had to say something. She had to show him that she wasn't just a ghost.
"Ty?" She asked, standing at the door. He looked older, not so much in appearance but in his eyes. It was as if he had seen so much since she had been ... gone. Her eyes welled up with tears, which was ridiculous, but they did anyway. She walked closer to her twin.
"Can I hug you?" She asked, wanting to ask him. For Ty, you had to be particular. Certain things made him shut down, things he didn't like. She wanted him to be comfortable.
