As he explained babel fish, Kiley's brows drew together curiously, as she really had no idea what he was talking about. That didn't mean it wasn't cute, though. She knew they were alike in a lot of ways. But they were different, too. Maybe that was what she liked about him. He was different, but not so different that it put her off. Kiley knew he was way too good for her, but that didn't seem as important here as it did in the real world.
"Yes," Kiley answered with a small smile. "But that's not a bad thing. It makes you an anomaly because most guys don't try to explain anything at all. I don't want to do or say stuff that bothers you, but... I mean, I don't know how to filter myself in that way. I'm good with talking, if that helps. I like that you talk to me. And that you're willing to explain things. You're like... my own personal babel fish for your brain. That doesn't make any sense," she said with a laugh. "But, yeah... it's good."
