Juno couldn't help an extremely amused snort at Jim's reply to her introduction. She was surprised to see Jim talking about the X-Men, but at least there was something he and Marco had in common - she knew Marco to be a major nerd after all. Seeing Marco's glance she simply stared at him expectantly, wondering if this was as good a thing as she had just thought it might be. Instead of going for the comics he went for 'real mind control' which made Juno bite her bottom lip in concern. She was completely unsure how to navigate this conversation, but at least her will to jump Marco's bones had subsided - perhaps it God really was with His most devoted sons and the appearance of Jim had brought along divine intervention. Whatever it was, she would take it. Even if she was pretty certain this whole thing had left behind some jumbled up thoughts she looked forward to completely ignore and let fester in the back of her mind to dredge up when shit got bad.
"Hah, Wolverine. People really love that dude, huh?" she shrugged. "I don't get it, it's like he's God's gift to the X-Men in the movies, is he like that in the comics too? Dude's got sharp metal claws and really great healing, that's it. I don't remember him being that big a deal in that cartoon I used to watch but these days, holy shit he's everywhere."
Before going from nerding out to answering Jim's question Juno took another sip of her drink, only then noticing she still had her hand on Marco's arm. Not today, Satan, she told herself, pulling her hand away. Juno sighed. "Well, there's been some weird mood shifts? I don't know if you've experienced them, but it's been kind of a whirlwind of 'what the fuck'."
