Re: 9pm Oliver and OPEN
The first thing Oliver thought of when his eyes fell on Avram was just how green that jacket was. It wasn't bad, and somehow it really seemed to suit the lanky fellow as he neared, though it was only a second later that he realized Avram was purposefully coming toward him.
"Howdy there, Avram," he called cheerily in response to the greeting, amicably offering his hand. "Haven't tried the grub yet, but I was thinking I might head that way before it all disappears. It smells great. "And nah. Don't think a test's got anything to do with it. I'm pretty sure Ms. Evergreen just wanted to do somethin' nice." She had, after all, been the one to come up with the plan with apparent spontaneity. On some level, despite the more posh vibe of the billiard room right now, it didn't fell too much different than Jack's attempt to get them all into the dining room together. Maybe it really was just obvious to some people that spending more time as a whole was a good thing. Forging a stronger united front when it came to all the crazy crap this place threw at them.
His brow did furrow a little thoughtfully at the idea that Avram had noted that things didn't seem all that normal either. "Not...that I've noticed so far. Just a few people havin' a few too many. Pretty standard when you've so many bottles around." He paused his tone shifting more toward curiosity, but still conversational. "What you mean not normal."
