"Oh, well, thank you. Thank you for clarifying." she replied, rolling her eyes as she snickered. His grin made her grin back, however, and Juno turned to her side to look at him instead of just leaning her back against the edge of the billiard table like she had before. That was a bad idea. He was now in full view, wearing her favorite color - which he rocked, by the way - which was just a shade deeper than the hoodie he usually wore but seemed to make a world of difference. Maybe it was the whole outfit. He just rocked it and Juno hadn't been expecting that.
She caught him looking at her just as she had been looking at him, which immediately forced her to look away, down at her drink, the lace portion of her dress, the floor. Anywhere else. But it wouldn't do to just keep looking away while trying to have a conversation, and Marco was asking her something. Juno sucked on her bottom lip then looked back at his face again gingerly.
"Oh yeah, there's a thing that looks like pizza and it's about as awesome as pizza. I mean, there's a lot of French food that looks honestly too fancy to be that great, but that's just me. The fondue though, that's fucking great. And these little balls of pastry with cheese inside?" she brought a hand to her chest, sighing. "Definitely try those."
