See! Even Jack could tell that it was good stuff! It felt like a boost to her confidence or something, that she'd chosen a good liqueur. She giggled when he started wagging his arm like that and shook her head. "You are so silly, Jack!" It wasn't an accusation, it was more like a compliment. She wished she could be more silly like Jack was in these kinds of social situations, but then she didn't think she was doing too bad of a job. "Okay, okay!"
She flapped a hand toward his arm, but missed. After blinking repeatedly a few times, she tried focusing again and then managed to catch his arm. That was great and all, but actually getting up was another story altogether. "Wait, you don't wanna leave the party do you? Cause everyone's all dressed up so pretty, and we can have fun!" Even if this really was not normally her idea of fun. The truth was, she wasn't sure she'd be able to make her legs work just yet, as her bare toes were feeling a bit numb from hanging the way they were over the chair.
