Willow and OPEN - about 8:15pm
Yesterday had been rather traumatic for Willow. That stupid music had followed her around the entire day. Literally. Even when she'd made it back to the mansion long after the rain started. Even when it was well into the night and she'd lay down to sleep. She'd laid in her bed, staring up at the ceiling, feeling exhausted and oh-so-twitchy, but still the noise wouldn't stop and sleep wouldn't come. It was in the very early hours in the morning when she'd finally fallen asleep.
At the precise moment the music had started the day before, now exactly 24 hours later, the music stopped just as suddenly as it had started. Although she'd been in a deep sleep, her eyes shot wide open at the sudden loss of the obnoxious noise. She couldn't have had more than four hours of sleep, and her head pounded from the lack of it, so she just rolled over, curling up into a ball, and fell back asleep.
It was early afternoon by the time Willow woke up again, this time without any help from outside sources, and she felt wide awake, excited even to face the day. She'd showered and put her clothes back on, resolving that today she would find that clothing store so she could have more to wear than just what she'd arrived in. Still feeling excited and sharp, Willow went to her window to see what the weather was like. And promptly canceled her plans for the day.
So, getting more clothes would have to wait. Well, she could at least explore the mansion more. She stumbled upon Kate and the lovely array of clothing in the dining room sometime in the middle of the afternoon, finding out about the party that night. Kate had been so helpful in picking out a dress, and she absolutely loved all the lacy and the fit and the shape, even if it was a style that she was incredibly unfamiliar with.
Although she'd planned to be on time to the party, she'd gotten distracted while getting ready with an intense desire for pleasure. So, she'd laid down on her bed, stark naked, and taken care of herself. By the time she was dressed and ready to mingle, she was already a little late. In her roaming of the mansion, she'd found the laundry room and figured tonight would be a good night to wash the clothes she did have, since she had this lovely dress to wear for the night. And so, she'd ducked into the laundry room to toss her clothes in the wash on her way to the party. The washing machine was way more complicated than the ones they had back home, but she was able to figure it out without too much trouble. She just wasn't sure where she would hang them to dry. Oh well, that was a problem for later in the evening.
It was a little after 8 when she made it to the party, and it was the most people she'd seen in one place since her arrival, and she was very curious about all of them. But, her stomach rumbled as she walked into the room, and so she detoured to one of the layouts of food rather than any of the people. Maybe once she had some of it in her stomach, she'd be able to mingle without feeling so distracted.
