"Mm," Chase nodded knowingly. He'd been picked on enough times to know what various flavors it came in, but Pam had never done that to him. She'd hugged him, called him adorable and sweet, and there hadn't been any hint of condescension. If anything, he felt like a cat that had been given too much attention and just wanted to slink off somewhere to recharge. Maybe he hadn't been paying enough attention. So many people had seemed to dislike her so strongly on the survey, but he certainly didn't want other what other people thought to influence his own opinion of her. Which, again, was limited.
"I'd take her over Marco." He said certainly, shaking his head. "You know, after the survey went out I sent him a message to tell him to stay away from me. And he apologized, like he meant it. And then he did it again."
