"A little," Chase admitted, and it was certainly the truth. He didn't want to get punished any more than anyone else did. He'd succeeded in his task, after all, but he'd seen exactly what Billy and Oliver had to do. They'd done the best they could with what they were given, and they'd been so close to succeeding. He couldn't be mad at them for that.
"But...I mean. We've dealt with punishments before. And the tests, and everything else. After all the stuff they've thrown at us already it kind of feels like...." he paused, not because he was uncertain, just because he was looking for the right way to explain it. "No matter how bad it's going to get, or how terrible it'll be for us, we'll have to work with it. Not that it's easy or good, but we don't have much of a choice."
