It took a really long, uncomfortably silent chunk of time for Billy to consider and ultimately decide to go along with Oliver's proposal. With a quiet frown, he shifted his arm up first so that the other man's arm could go over his head. It took a little bit of effort to not get tangled as he maneuvered into standing side by side with Oliver.
He honestly wasn't sure if he liked this better or utterly hated it. Billy hadn't been a fan of having Oliver hovering behind him like a big, warm, and very close shadow. Yet, having the larger man now almost fully in his vision and still very close to him just made it that much more apparent that Oliver was way taller than he was. Billy set his jaw, trying to look anywhere other than directly at the man he was chained to.
"Let's go." He said finally, as an indication that he was ready. Mostly he just wanted to get this stupid "team building" exercise over so he wouldn't have to feel like he was taking an unintentionally intimate walk with someone (he was still keeping his fists tight because he definitely didn't want to brush fingers with another guy).
