It seemed that Madison had been able to get through to the girl, and so she exhaled softly, nodding. "Willow, that's a pretty name!" Madison offered. This was looking more and more like a hippy thing but it wasn't as though Madison had anything against it. Or for it. Mostly, she didn't care.
"Yeah, they drugged you heavily to get you here, which will make things harder." She explained, and did her best to accompany Willow as she rose to her feet. "Whoa," Madison murmured. Apparently, she was no longer the shortest person in this house.
Tugging gently on Willow's arm, she guided them to the mausoleum door, where, if not by sheer luck, Madison would have missed the envelope stuck to its middle. With her free mind Madison pulled the envelope and, using both hands this time - sparing a small apologetic smile to Willow - pulled the contents of the envelope.
"We are conducting a team building exercise. Each of your companions have been paired off in circumstances similar to yours. The bonds you find on your person can only be removed with a key that we have hidden somewhere in town. You must work together to free yourself. Then, it is in your best interest to try and assist the others." Madison read the rest to Willow, who must be more confused now than even before. She frowned at the personal clue, and read it out loud. "Seen any good movies lately? Well. No."
Shoving everything back into the envelope, Madison pushed the mausoleum door open and flinched as the crisp air and bright light of the morning hit her immediately. She was definitely under-dressed, but not Willow. "All right, fresh air. I guess we should follow the road. I've been here recently; up that way is the mansion, down there is the town. I don't think they'd want us back at the mansion so soon. Maybe there's a Blockbuster I hadn't explored yet." She eyed the girl. "You up for it?"
