Oliver had somewhat given up on his burger for the time being as he watched the dynamic of the house unfold with everyone in the same place. It was increasingly clear why Cecilia was in charge, though looking down the expanse of the table at her, he realized he hadn't expected her to be so....tiny and young. Not as if that said anything about her character or capabilities, and he'd meant what he'd said over the network about his first impressions.
He listened to ideas go around the table, quiet for the most part before he chimed in.
"Well, maybe we could have some volunteers from each floor rotate newbie duty," he offered, and despite the low, quiet rumble of his voice, it carried across the table with little trouble. "Say we've got three people on the third floor willing to help out. They divide mornings between the three of 'em, get up a bit earlier than everybody else, if we've got the capabilities to do that, then just scope out for anything new. Presumably, they'd be able to get whatever testin' they throw at us out of the way earlier too. That way it's never just one person like...um, I apologize, I didn't catch your name," Oliver nodded his head toward the dark haired man who had spoken only a moment before, wanting to acknowledge the credit where it was due before continuing. "And with volunteers, nobody's forced to do something they aren't too keen on."
