"Well, it seems like the standard process for new people now is doors and windows being locked until they access the network. So even while we can't really help them with much, I have to wonder if it's better to have someone on the other side of the door to reassure them and talk them through it, rather than let them figure it out on their own," Cecilia answered. "And I could be wrong. I know there's a lot more to it than that, but that's one of the reasons I wanted to bring it up for discussion."
She shifted slightly, no longer feeling the need to boost herself up on her chair. She relaxed slightly, feeling kind of silly even for standing, but she wanted to make sure everyone could see her. She nodded a bit when Kiley spoke up. "I realize sometimes we're not gonna be able to help, like this morning. I'm a pretty early riser and it still took me a while to get out. But I'd still feel better if we had a system in place for either possibility."
