"Nah," Madison shook her head, smiling. She would ask him to do complicated things, but that would come later. For now, she was finding common ground with a priest and that, in itself, was an experience. "Yeah I'm mostly ramen based, but in the interest of my nutrition I had to learn variety. Kitchen staff, huh? I should've become a nun."
Suddenly, Madison heard Jim dump the biggest load of nerd-talk she had had the pleasure of hearing in years, and Madison turned around, leaning against the kitchen counter, and cracked a lopsided grin of amusement. "I haven't played Dungeons and Dragons since I was like...thirteen, but I still kind of fancy myself a good Dungeon Master."
Motioning for him to follow her, Madison started in on the many cupboards to look for the appliances to make some eggs and bacon. Who didn't like good 'ole eggs and bacon, really? She got the ingredients from the fridge, trusting that man with such high knowledge would know right away what they were cooking. "Oh no? So I imagine there's a default setting." In her head, as she picked up the pans and spatulas, Madison imagined certain scenarios in which the formality of calling out the title 'Father' between gasps sounded a lot more enticing than simply 'Jim'. "I think I've picked Father, regardless. Yeah, I think I like that."
