Marco nodded at Lana, taking his chance to run over to the bathroom. He glanced down the hall, double-checking that Cecilia and Owen weren't hanging out, before proceeding, and pretending that he didn't look suspicious. He locked the door behind him, waiting a beat before he headed over to the pot that They had usually left his drugs in, back at the start. He found the pot empty.
He took a deep breath, and pulled the pot down off the shelf, so he could look into it, but it was, in fact, empty. So was the other one. He hadn't expected to need to blink back tears, but as he quickly tried to go through every nook and cranny of the bathroom, he felt that hot stinging in his eyes. "Don't panic, don't panic, don't panic," he told himself, over and over again, as he made every effort to find his drugs. But his drugs were not in the bathroom. If not for the bathroom's proximity to Cecilia and Owen's rooms, Marco might have been a little more destructive upon this discovery. As it was, he had a small, quick sob, before he washed his face and ran back out to find his dog.
Luckily, that was much easier. She was in the same place he had left her, playing chase with Lana. He wiped his face a few times, trying to dry off so the cold didn't sting as much, before clearing his throat to call out. "Bearbear, come here! You're both going to freeze, for fuck's sake..."
