He knew she would want to go, but she wasn't physically capable of it yet. Owen would much prefer she stay here and rest, and he was grateful that she wasn't stubbornly insisting on going with him. Owen listened silently, his gaze ticking to the window as he thought over what she'd said. He still wasn't prepared to cross Marco completely off the list, but he was willing to open his mind to other possibilities.
"Well," Owen said finally, looking back at Cecilia. "It's not as if we haven't had issues in the house potentially caused by other people. It's possible someone else broke into your room and took the meds, either for themselves, or to try and get Marco into trouble. There's a lot of people here we don't know very well."
