Jack lingered behind for a few seconds, opening another one of the lockers tentatively, expecting something else to hop out at him. He saw what looked like uniforms, the same kind Tobias had been wearing, and felt a measure of relief that there were at least more clothes available if people wanted them. Though, it was probably more likely most people would go without. Too many bad memories.
He took up the caboose of the line up the stairs a few seconds later, tilting his head as he started to hear voices from the level below. Not loud or particularly boisterous, but still comforting. They weren't free, but it still felt like they were taking something back.
"Well, hopefully most people are okay and we won't need that much." He tried to sound like he believed that was possible, but knew it fell flat. "When boss lady's up and cracking she'll know what to do." Granted, he could only really speculate what kind of condition Cecilia was really in, which made his gut ache, but he couldn't picture her being down and out.
