Who: Simms and Tobias When: Around noon Where: The downstairs kitchen
Simms had had a bit of a strange idea the night before, that he didn't know if it would even payoff or not. He supposed it didn't matter, really. If it turned out that the next morning they all woke up back in the mansion, then it wasn't like he hadn't already done harm. It wouldn't bother him that he didn't get to do this one thing when he was busy trying to get out of his cell and into the bat cave before an angry mob came after him. But then he woke up still in his nice room above his prison, and now he just had another opportunity to hurt people.
The morning had been mostly uneventful, considering what he had done in the days prior. He paid a visit to Cecilia, who he had had Tobias move again before he came in, and left having covered her in all the ice in the freezer. He had Tobias hand out breakfasts, and he paraded Chase through each of the cellblocks as he went to see what state everyone was in. He lurked outside of Juno's cell, just watching her and grinning, like he had made a point to do every few hours. It was fun to see her get so angry. He stopped in on his fellow ExB teammates, and made sure they got drinks for enduring their time in the cell, like most of them had done for him. He shoved Tobias around some more, because it was funny.
Then he went back downstairs to the kitchen, to his project, that who knew how it would work.
The night before he had found some Drano drain clog remover under the sink in his bathroom. It wasn't in his supply closet, but he still couldn't help but wonder if it had been left there for him to use against people. Maybe. Probably. So why disappoint? He carried the bottle downstairs, planning on throwing it in someone's eyes, but he knew that would be a long shot, being able to get someone to come up to the bars while he had the bottle in his hands. And hell, he still had mace for that. He had no idea where his next idea came from, but he passed the station level and went down to the kitchen. He found a baking pan, and a stack of lunch meat, and threw the meat into the pan before pouring most of the bottle of Drano over it. Then he put the pan into the fridge overnight, unsure of if the meat would absorb the liquid, or if he would find it dissolved in the morning. He threw the bottle of Drano under the kitchen sink and went back up to bed.
He didn't check the meat at breakfast, but now that lunch time was coming, the time seemed right. "Hey, faggot," he called out to Tobias as he stepped away from his wall of monitors. "Get over here. Help me with this shit." He didn't check that Tobias was following him down the stairs. He knew that the kid was scared enough that he would be right behind him.
