"I can feed you water like a normal person," Kiley said, wiggling her fingers. "Unless the hamster thing is like, a kink or something." At least her hands were cuffed in front of her. If Simms weren't in the room, she could have started pulling off the tape... which was probably why he was still sitting there. "I don't think that counts as touching," she added, talking more to Simms than to Chase, even though she was still looking at Chase. His eye was swollen. He looked pale. Kiley wondered if the supply room was locked, if she could make a run for it when she left to see if there was anything in there she could use to hurt Simms. A gun would be lovely, but she was guessing if there had been a gun, Simms would be carrying it around.
Kiley managed to get to her feet with minimal effort, and she picked up the water carefully to bring it to Chase's mouth. As she did, Kiley looked over at Simms. "You need to give him something to eat." Water was the important thing, but people needed to eat, and she was doubting Chase had anything since the first morning they woke up in this place. It had only been two days, but still. It was two days of getting beat up and stuck in this stupid chair.
