Marco wasn't feeling particularly brave, only just having pried his hands away from his ears, and maybe his understanding of the situation wasn't the best. Everyone was still scaring him, except for Chase, who, while he was taped up, was about as threatening as a teddy bear. The swollen eye looked bad, though, and now that Simms was back, it didn't look like anyone was going to grab for him. It was selfish, but Marco just wanted to grab him because he was quiet. He slid his arm through the bars, up to his shoulder, trying his best to grab Chase's chair and pull him closer, but he could hardly brush the closest point with his fingertips.
Simms was very close to slamming the door to the cell shut and walking away, even with how intense Oliver was being. He wasn't sure that Oliver could get to the open door before he closed it, and then he could just leave them to be miserable. But then, how could he refuse that offer from Owen? His lips curved downward as he pretended to consider, then he shut the cell door, and took the handcuff key and threw it in Oliver's general direction rather than handing it to him.
He turned to the other cell, catching Marco still trying to reach Chase. He didn't say anything, just grabbed Chase's chair and rolled him back down the hall, towards the cell block door. Then he looked to Owen. "Interesting. I like it."
