Who: Simms & Tobias (Open to poor muffled Chase) When: Just after 3 Where: Interrogation Room B
Simms knew that there was no one in this house that he could convince to join in his "antics" as a deputy, so the idea of deputizing seemed pointless. There wasn't a single person in Experiment B who would betray the act that they put on to fit in, to get their own shit done. He didn't blame a single one of them for that, but once again, he felt a little more effective than most of them got the chance to be, even if the only reason he was currently effective was because the people in charge had given him the environment to be on brand, as it were.
But without them, there was only one person he could think of that he could get to work with him. Except, with him wasn't right. It was more that he could force him to work for him, out of fear.
So, shortly after three, when The Powers That Be had decided was the right time, Simms barged into Tobias and Lennon's cell, landing a hit with his baton in Lennon's stomach so he could just as quickly grab Tobias and pull him out of the cell, leaving Lennon alone and in pain to wonder what was to become of his friend. Simms twisted Tobias' arm roughly behind his back, keeping it bent uncomfortable as he led the kid out of the cell block and into Interrogation Room B.
"Sit," he growled, shoving him towards a chair.
But there were no handcuffs, no weapons, nothing that would make Tobias think he was in for the treatment that people by now had surely heard about. There was just a long table, a uniform folded nicely on it, a badge on top of that, one chair on one side, two on the other. One was already occupied by Chase, all bruised and bloodied, and very little of him not covered by duct tape from the mouth down. Once Simms shut the door behind him, he took the seat next to Chase, giving the appearance of a very fucked up interview or business meeting.
